In the early 1970's, Don Hawkins founded Don's Diesel Service, a business that worked on Detroit Engines. They later began selling a full line of foresty equpiment and eventually formed Don's Hydraulic Equipment in the early 1990's. After Don passed away in 2021, father and son duo, Shelby and Bobby Taylor, rebranded the business to Deer Creek Forestry Equipment. They are now proud to be dealers of Weiler Forestry products.
